Abilene Dove Hunts is operated by Dill Property Management. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through this website and during hunt administration.

Information we collect

We may collect names, contact information, dates of birth, requested and assigned hunt dates, participant classifications, payment and attendance records, electronic signatures, and technical audit information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and consent records.

How we use information

We use information to review hunt requests, administer bookings, deliver private attendee links and operational updates, prepare and preserve required agreements, collect and record payments, support check-in, maintain patron records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

We may provide information to service providers that host the application, store its records, or deliver requested email or text communications. They may use the information only to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect participants, property, or legal rights.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

Text-message frequency varies and is typically no more than 5 messages per hunt. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Retention and security

We retain records for legitimate operational, safety, audit, and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices
