Abilene Dove Hunts is operated by Dill Property Management. This public page shows the exact SMS consent presented to attendees inside their private attendee profile. The private profile URL contains an attendee-specific security token and therefore cannot be shared with a campaign reviewer.
Exact opt-in control
Optional transactional messages may include approval, reminders, document, or check-in updates. Frequency varies, typically no more than 5 messages per hunt. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.
The checkbox is unchecked by default. An attendee may leave it unchecked and still save their profile, attend the hunt, complete documents, and make payment. Only an affirmative check records consent, together with a timestamp, IP address, and the source “attendee_portal.” We do not support opt-in by text keyword, verbal consent, paper form, or staff entry.
Message program
Messages are transactional customer-care notices concerning a requested or approved dove hunt, including date decisions, reminders, private document links, date-change responses, and check-in information. They are not marketing messages.
